Looking after your mental health in University

Seek Sense will be attending ‘Mental Health Stigmas’on Monday 26th November, 7pm to 9pm, taking place at the University of Southampton, SO17 1BJ. This event is free and open to the entire community. We will be talking about the steps you can take to look after your mental health while studying at University. We are looking forward to sharing our knowledge and learning from other speakers and from the experience of students.


Healthy Minds Event

Seek Sense at major Healthy Minds event, 17-18 Nov, Bradford

Everyone at Seek Sense is very happy to be attending the forthcoming conference ‘Healthy Minds – A Mental Health Awareness Event’, taking place at the Guru Nanak Gurdwara, Wakefield Road, Bradford, BD4 7DP. The event is held over two days on 17th and 18th November.

Seek Sense will be live on stage at 11:30am on Sunday 18th, taking about why your mental health matters.

The two days will be packed full of training, exhibitions, talks, presentations, workshops networking and videos and there is plenty for both adults and kids.

This is an event to support you and your loved onces to help create healthy and balanced minds, and a great opportunity to meet charities and professionals providig guidance.

The event is open to all members of the community and there will be free food and refreshments.
