Who We Work With

We work with the public, informing and educating about the importance of mental health wellbeing. We support individuals with their needs, no matter how complex and we work with families, helping them to understand and provide support for their loved ones who are suffering. We also strengthen workforces in corporate organisations and charities by delivering professional training.

Individuals

During the initial consultation, we listen carefully to you, form an assessment and identify the changes you wish to achieve. We can then offer individual one-to-one support, signposting, coaching, advocacy, mediation or our specialist GP Letter service

Companies

We provide a range of standard and tailored services for employers wanting to support their employees mental health wellbeing, including employee assessments, coaching and training services

Charities

We can offer charities our expert training services in all aspects of mental health wellbeing awareness, prevention and support

Why Choose Seek Sense

We are advancing as a multi-cultural society due to globalisation.

With new terms such as 'transgender', 'blended families', 'social media bullying and pressures', we are forced to understand newer challenges along with challenges we carry from our parents and elders.  These can lead to a system overload and can contribute towards mental illness.

We, at Seek Sense, connect with people to assess their needs holistically from the beginning of our assessments in order to appreciate their challenges. In our current healthcare systems, it has become easier to access many forms of help, therapies including counselling along with now choosing your own medical consultants.

However, it has become more complicated to make SENSE of what would be the most suitable support for yourself. Our professional yet personal experts will do that for you and are with you each step of the way. Some of our specialities include CBT, DBT, NLP and Mindfulness.

About Us

About Seek Sense

Seek Sense is a unique organisation which blends excellent communication with community mental health wellbeing awareness. Our aim is to create self-sustaining communities of people who, with guidance, and drawing on shared experiences, can promote individual and collective mental and physical well-being.

About Dr Ravjot Kaur

Dr Kaur is gifted at building rapport and trust and truly understand the values and beliefs of her clients. She supports them through their difficult times and intuitively guides them towards making positive changes.

Supplementary Services

In the NHS, GP appointments are restricted to around 10 minutes, irrespective of the nature of the problem. Conveying your thoughts, feelings and concerns about yourself or a loved one within such a short appointment can be daunting…

We are available, with prior notice, to represent you in formal situations where you are not confident that you can effectively articulate your issues yourself…

You can have over the phone support arranged at your convenience, to discuss a pressing issue rather than waiting for an in-person appointment…

We provide half day or full day workshops tailor made to identified needs…

  • "I would just like to let you know how pleased I am with your efforts regarding my mother’s care. My father and I were very concerned initially when my mother was placed on a ward that we felt was not suited to her needs. However as soon as you were involved in my mother’s care, you very quickly put a treatment plan in place and ensured she was transferred to a more suitable setting. I also found your feedback and willingness to talk “after hours” an enormous help."
